When you are invited to the 618 Solutions client portal we store your name, email address and, optionally, the organisation you asked us to label the account with. Sign-in is handled by Microsoft; we receive an account identifier and the email you signed in with, never your password.
While you use the portal we keep the updates you read, the messages and files you exchange with us, when you signed in, and an audit trail of account changes made by our staff.
Only to run the portal: to show you your updates and messages, to let our team reply to you, and, if you switch it on, to email you when something new is posted. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside 618 Solutions, and we do not use it for advertising.
Portal data is stored on infrastructure we operate. Your sign-in identity is held by Microsoft under their own privacy terms. Email notifications, when enabled, are sent from our own mail domain.
You can turn email notifications off at any time in portal settings. To have your account deactivated or your data removed, email info@618solutions.com. Deactivation ends access immediately; your message history is retained only as long as needed for our records with you.
